          In case items are out of stock, we are not cancelling double bookings. In present case we are not cancelling double bookings between 10 Aug and 20 Aug.

          Dear Sir, In a month one slot booking applicable but the most of the materials are not available during that booking. Request confirm whst id the provision for such booking card holders. So at least daily consumable items to made available for one time booking facility purpose. Regards

          Everyday 170 people book slots without any problems. Even now at 6 pm some slots are available for 31 Jul. We hope that you are following correct procedure.

          Sir, Thanks to the Canteen O i/c and team for excellent management. I have a small point. Evening slot is meant for officers but other persons are also seen. It's ok, no problem, but there should be a separate billing counter, which was not seen.

          There was a technical issue due to which 3rd day booking was not opened. It has been resolved now.

          Kudos to the Station Canteen Oi/c and staff for the wonderful management in Covid times. I have a small suggestion. When the booking is for only 3 days in advance it should be so since I found that sometimes the slot does not open for 3rd day . For eg today just now I tried and the NO SLOT AVAILABLE is being shown only for today ie 22nd July and 23rd Jul but it is not showing anything for the 3rd day ie 24th July. Pl look into this. Thank you and once again Keep up the excellent work.

          Moreover this is only a temporary arrangement to ensure that all our customers get equal share of their due. After some time when the situation improves we will revert back to the original procedure. Kindly bear with us till then for your own safety.

          The time slots for JCO/OR is for 5 hours whereas for offrs it is only 2 hours. So not possible to change further. Please wait for your turn or book early at 9.00 am

          Is it possible to realote officers remaining slot for JCO/NCo for the same day as ESM slot are very less. All ESM will not be covered with this slot allotted. Please note and do accordingly thanks.

          Very nice approach for reducing rush in canteen, admirable move. Also persons having arogya setu application and having safe remark in application, could be added for further safety. No mention about liquor store entry. Is there separate slot for liquor.

It is a good decision for everyone safety and avoid rushes in the canteen area. I am very much thankful to all Staff of all Military services. It is very much appreciable.
